Power Flex is a dynamic, music-driven, low-impact, high-intensity, total body workout, and as long as you have the space of a yoga mat ... you can do it with me wherever you are, but we’d love to have you in the Studio!
Power Flex works for any fitness level. I cue the moves as we go, and there is the opportunity to modify each move to lessen or increase the intensity. This is YOUR workout, so do what you need to do to make the best use of your class time with me… and have fun!
